About
Counties-Manukau Sports Foundation (operating as Counties Manukau Sport) is a community organisation established to help improve the quality of sport and physical activity for all people in the Counties Manukau region.
This is achieved by working alongside a variety of sport and physical activity groups that are resident in Manukau City, Papakura and Franklin. Our work includes supporting regional organisations, clubs, community groups, schools, groups involved in health, Marae, Maori groups, groups for people with a disability, territorial local authorities, and the local business community.Counties Manukau Sport is a charitable trust incorporated in 1991 under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
We are a member of Sportnet, the network of seventeen Regional Sports Trusts situated around New Zealand.Our main office is based in Clendon and we have a sub office in Pukekohe.

James MacQueen
With more than 20 years business services, tax, corporate finance and audit experience James maintains a pro-active partnership approach with his clients who benefit from his multi-disciplinary range of services.
James’ specialty services include asset protection, business growth, mergers, sales and acquisitions, valuations, litigation support, succession planning, forensic accounting, management accounting and prospectus development. James is arguably the country’s leading accountant in the holiday ownership industry.
He also has extensive experience and specialist knowledge in the formation and administration of trusts and has a strong interest and belief in developing business and asset structures tailored to the specific circumstances of each client to meet their current and future needs.

Del Johnson
Grew up in and around the Banks Peninsula in the South Island. Since his university days Del has worked in scientific instrumentation, the plastics industry, the insurance industry, and finally in his own company importing, wholesaling, and retailing gift, décor and lighting merchandise until it's sale 6 years ago.
He has had many active community, sporting and cultural interests, with 25 years involvement in coaching and administration of Athletics (including completing 26 marathons) at Pakuranga Athletic Club, Rugby at the University Club, Cricket at the Howick Pakuranga Club, and Football at Riverhills. Community crime watch and Trees for Survival are other current involvements.
In 1976 Del joined the Rotary Club of Pakuranga. In his 31 years membership he has done all the jobs from Club President to waiter and kitchen duties. At District level he has served on many district committees particularly the Rotary Foundation and International Student Exchange. Del was elected as a a Trustee of Counties Manukau Sport in August 2005 and currently serves as Deputy Chairman.
Malcolm has been actively involved in sport for many years both as a player and in administration. He have represented Counties in 3 sports, Hockey, Cricket & Indoor Bowls and have also served on these three committees. He is a Life Member of Counties Hockey being awarded this honour after successfully leading the Turf Committee in laying an all weather playing surface in Pukekohe, a $1 million project.
Malcolm still plays Golden Oldies Cricket and Hockey as well as B grade Hockey. The vast majority of his time in the winter season is coaching hockey. Currently coaching the U18 girls rep side, the senior women’s re side, the Onewhero/Pukekohe senior women’s club team and the Kings College Girls A side. He is proud to have started and finished 4 marathons and completed 8 half marathons.
Malcolm worked for New Zealand Insurance, having completed 33 years in the organisation and has recently opened his own firm Malcolm Wrigley Insurance in Pukekohe. He is married to Judith and they have 3 children in their early 20's.
