Inaugural Manurewa Junior Sports Awards 2017

Manurewa Local board in conjunction with Counties Manukau Sport will be hosting the Manurewa Junior Sports Awards 2017. These awards recognise the outstanding talent we have in the Manurewa area.

The event will be Wednesday 8th March 2017 and is hosted by Manurewa Intermediate.

But we NEED YOU. Nominations are now open for the 10 categories,

U19 Sportsman and Woman

U16 Sportsman and Woman

U13 Sportsman and Woman

Junior Team of the year

Junior Coach of the year

Junior Official/Administrator of the year (includes Referees and umpires)

Junior Manager of the year

Nominations close at 12.00pm Tuesday 28th February.

Nominees must either live in / school in or belong to a club in the Manurewa Local Board area and must be 18 or under in the year 2016.

All events etc to be considered by the judges must have happened in the 2016 calendar year.

Anyone can nominate and we suggest you nominate your sport awards winners from 2016 schools awards as a starting point.
