Wriggle and Rhyme returns to Manukau and Papakura libraries!!

February 8th sees the start of the very popular Wriggle and Rhyme programme returning to Manukau and Papakura libraries. The 30 minute weekly sessions aimed at children birth to two years guide parents through different movement activities that they can then use at home. The sessions provide positive movement experiences for babies and toddlers to stimulate the development of the brain and body.

Over 1700 under two year olds took advantage of this free programme last term and positive feedback was received with comments including “please keep this programme running – my daughter loves the interaction, seeing other children and I love getting out of the house” “it’s been awesome thanks!”
