CM Active is on the look out for energetic people to lead in the delivery of physical activity, sport or recreation programmes.
CM Active offers training for anyone from the Counties Manukau area who are over 16 years of age to help them get start up activities going or energise existing activities.
The aim is to get people moving at the grass roots level.

Active Recreation Forum
We would like to invite you to join us on Wednesday 17th April for the first Active Recreation Forum of its kind in Counties Manukau. Guest speakers include Dave Lockwood from Water Safety NZ, Paul McArdle from BikeOn Charitable Trust and Ariana Potaka from TriMaori. The day is themed on the three disciplines that make up a Triathlon (Swim, Bike and Run/Walk) at a community recreation level.
Presenters from the various disciplines will provide insight into the significant work they have done in their area of expertise as well as share their learnings to date. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the positive work these organisations and individuals are doing within this space, promote your organisation’s services and network with like -minded individuals and organisations.
Individuals from diverse sectors including Sport and Recreation, Health and Education are most welcome to attend.
Please note the last day for registrations is Friday 12th April. This forum is free of charge however spaces are limited so register your attendance as soon as possible to secure your place.
