Meet The Active Schools Team
Michele Watson I have been an Active Schools Facilitator since April 2007 and am passionate about what I do.
Born and bred in Papakura. I am a trained Teacher, having taught at Karaka School for the first 4 years of my career and then Papakura Normal School.
I have coached and player soccer, netball and enjoy the odd bit of horse riding.I enjoy being with children and teachers, seeing them have fun, learning and being active.

Natalie Hooker
Active Schools Facilitator in Otara, Papatoetoe and Mangere.
I have been working for Counties Manukau Sport as an Active Schools Facilitator since September 2008.
I am a trained teacher and I have spent the majority of my teaching career at ConiferGroveSchool. I enjoy most sports particularly netball which I play and coach.
I am really looking forward to working closely with teachers to ensure the best possible physical activity programmes are delivered to the children of Counties Manukau.

I am a trained teacher with a passion for sport and physical activity. I enjoy running cycling and participating in fun events such as duathlons, half marathons.
