Sports Clubs
The Sport Development team runs several programmes for sports clubs and regional sports organisations. These include:
- Club Works - programme of development workshops across the region
- Club Smart - a club development programme for Manukau clubs
- Club A-Z Manual - a handy index of information and resources for sports clubs
- Thanks Mate - a volunteer recognition scheme for sports clubs
- Club Broadcasts - A monthly e-newsletter sent to all club secretaries that we have email addresses for.
- Club Offers - offers available to Counties Manukau sports clubs
- Club Spotlight - highlighting a new club from within Counties Manukau every fortnight
- Coaching - Coaching information for schools and clubs
- Club Directory - A directory of all sports clubs in Counties Manukau
- Meet the Team - for contact details and the introduction to the Sport Development team
- Auckland Sports Reference Group - a group set up to advocate for appropriate recognition, resourcing and strengthening of sport in the Auckland region.
