Welcome to the Active Schools homepage at Counties Manukau Sport.

We are dedicated to giving our region’s children the best possible chances in life, and to help develop future generations of happy, active, healthy and confident kids.

To learn more about Active Schools and the opportunity for Primary and Intermediate schools click here or the What is an Active School? tab to the right.
The information here for Active Schools is designed to help school communities activate children for 60 minutes each day. This is an evolving resource so be sure to check back constantly as the Active Schools team will be updating information, news and resources.

The Active Schools Fish Wrapper is jam packed with all the goodies a school needs to get active. A new publication for the Sport Trust, it has regular contributions from National Sport Organisations, Regional Sport Organisations, clubs and physical activity providers.

We have endeavoured to collect the best content in one place, our latest news, resources, seeking fundingexpert contacts and cmsport workshop have a large range on offer.

Finally, meet the Active Schools Team, if you have some physical activity needs, we will do our best to help out.
