Can my child join the adult league?  

Yes! Kids are welcome to play in the adult league as long as they’re comfortable with the pace of play and can follow the rules.

Can I share my concession pass with someone else? 

 Yes! Concession passes can be shared with family or friends. Just let us know at check-in who’s using it.

Do I need to bring my own gear? 

Nope! We supply paddles and balls for anyone who doesn’t have their own gear or just wants to try it out.

Do I need to book in advance or can I drop in? 

Booking in advance is strongly recommended to secure your spot — especially for the popular sessions.

How long are the passes valid? 

Your passes are valid until all concessions are used. 

What if I’ve never played pickleball before? 

No worries! We welcome all skill levels and even have beginner-friendly sessions.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds. However, you’re welcome to forward your remaining concessions to someone else — just let us know so we can transfer the details on our end.

When will I get my freebies?

If you’re one of the first 50 pass holders, you’ll receive an email asking for your tee size. Once we’ve collected sizes, we’ll have your shirt and Culleys Pickled Tomato Sauce ready for pickup.
